稀府と聞いて、どの辺にある場所なのか知っている人は少ない。知らなくても困らないだろう。
その稀府に「稀府ふれあい公園」という素敵な公園がある。
昔、今から50年くらい前に、そろばん教室があった場所の近くである。その教室の先生は、駄洒落が好きだった。あの先生の「ご破算で願いましては・・・」の声も、砂に書いた文字が波で消されるように今ではすっかり聞こえなくなった。ただ、思い出すことができるだけだ。
この公園の主は、やはりクジラだろう。口を開けて笑っている。子供たちが背中を滑り台にするのが、くすぐったくて仕方がないとでもいうように。

「ただの通りすがり」だから、目的も方向もなく歩いているだけ。
子供の頃に、地元の信用金庫からもらった北海道の地図を見たとき、自分の住んでいる場所は内浦湾（噴火湾）沿岸だと理解しました。そのとき、湾の形が人の頭に似ていると思ったのです。
頭がこっちの方を向いているということは、この人は走っているのかもしれないと地図の形に合うイラスト素材を探しましたが、ぴったりとはまるものが見つかりませんでした。やっと、ボルト選手の画像を見つけましたが、ボルトさんの頭は小さすぎたのです。
